  • Boiled shrimp

  • Sweet and sour fish sauce

Ingredients preparation

  • Wash lettuce, bean sprouts, mint leaves, and other herbs, remove the roots, soak in salt water, then rinse and drain.
  • Wash the pork belly, put it in a pot with a few crushed shallots. Boil the pork until cooked, then take it out and slice it into thin pieces.
  • Wash the shrimp, put them in a pot, cover with a lid, cook until the shrimp turn red, flip them evenly. Take out the cooked shrimp and let them cool, then peel them.
