  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Boiled pork belly

Ingredients preparation

  • Wash lettuce, bean sprouts, mint leaves, and other herbs, remove the roots, soak in salt water, then rinse and drain.
  • Wash the pork belly, put it in a pot with a few crushed shallots. Boil the pork until cooked, then take it out and slice it into thin pieces.
  • Wash the shrimp, put them in a pot, cover with a lid, cook until the shrimp turn red, flip them evenly. Take out the cooked shrimp and let them cool, then peel them.


  • Make the sweet and sour fish sauce: Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of Royal Fish Sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of water, and chopped chili and garlic according to your preference. Stir well until dissolved.
