Return & Exchange Conditions

All products purchased at nuocmamhoanggia.com.vn can be redeemed within 07 days after receiving the goods.
In order to be able to return the goods, the returned product is the product that meets the following conditions:

• Not the right category and design as you order.
• Not enough quantity as in the order placed.
• Products’ packaging is affected such as peeling, breakage occurs during transport.

Royal Fish Sauce will not accept returns when:

• You want to change the category and design with no prior notice.
• You have damaged the outer packaging such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, …

Return & Exchange Instructions

Step 1: Registration for Return & Exchange

Contact Hotline 1800 1743 or fill in the information at “Contact Us” (“About Us” page) and provide detailed information about the products:

• Order Number
• Product Errors (detailed descriptions with photos if any)
• Request: return/exchange

Step 2: Receive confirmation email for successful registration

After the request for return payment is accepted, Royal Fish Sauce will send you the instructions for packaging.

Step 3: Return product(s)

After packing the product according to the instructions, you return the product to the addresses of the Company as below:

• Showroom Ha Noi: 237 Nguyen Ngoc Vu street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Ha Noi city.
