Ingredients:

  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar: 1 tablespoon
  • Water: 1 tablespoon

How to make:

Ingredients:

  • Hoang Gia fish sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Shrimp: 100gr
  • Salt: ⅓ tablespoon
  • Lemon
  • Garlic chilli

How to make:

Step 1: Preliminary processing

  • Peel garlic, remove the stem and seed of chilli.
  • Mince mixture. 
  • Get lemon juice. 
  • Shrimp washes and drains. 

Step 2: Cooking shrimp broth

  • Put the shrimp in the pot of water so that the shrimp is completely submerged in the water. Turn the heat up to high to boil the water along with the shrimp for about 5 to 10 minutes. When you see the shrimp turn pink, it means the shrimp is cooked, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
  • After the shrimp has cooled, peel the shrimp and put the shrimp meat in a small bowl. Next, filter the shrimp broth through a sieve to get the clear water.
